Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons per unit. Add $10.00 per day for each additional person. Add 12% State and Local taxes. (Rates and taxes subject to change.) Three day minimum stay required. Room assignments may change due to availability.

A 25% deposit is required on all reservations, with the balance due upon your arrival. Visa / MasterCard / American Express accepted for the balance due.

Refunds cannot be granted due to weather or other acts of God.

Deposits for cancellation are refunded only if we are able to rent the apartment during that time period. We will credit the deposit towards a future stay if 30 days notice is given.

Please note that all rooms are non-smoking.
