Policies

 
Check-in/out
  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Reservations

  • We require a two-night minimum stay, and three-night minimum stays on holiday weekends.

 

Rooms
  • Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons per unit. Add $10.00 per day for each additional person. Add 13% State and Local taxes (Rates and taxes subject to change).

  • Two-day minimum stay required. Room assignments may change due to availability.

  • All units are completely furnished, including bed and bath linens. Guests must supply their own beach towels.

Smoking Policy
  • For the comfort of all our guests, all rooms at the Sea Star are non-smoking; this includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vapes. If in-room smoking occurs, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. By booking with the Sea Star, you agree to our smoking policy and additional fee if in-room smoking occurs.

  • Smoking is permitted in the courtyard.

 

Payment
  • A 25% deposit is required on all reservations, with the balance due upon your arrival. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for the balance due.

  • If the reservation is for less than one week, the entire stay will be charged in full prior to arrival. 

  • Refunds cannot be granted due to weather or other acts of God.

  • Deposits for cancellation are refunded only if we are able to rent the apartment during that time period. We will credit the deposit towards a future stay if 30 days notice is given.

 

Pets
  • Pets are accepted in certains rooms with prior notice.

  • A fee of $10/day, $50/week per pet is applicable. There is no charge for service dogs.
